The RK Custom Fabrication Roof Rack for Toyota FJ Cruiser (2006–2022) is built for off-road and overlanding use where additional cargo capacity and durability are essential.

Fabricated in-house at RK Custom’s RKC garage, this roof rack is designed to handle real-world conditions such as desert driving, long-distance overlanding, and expedition setups. It provides a strong and stable platform for carrying gear that cannot be accommodated inside the vehicle.

Constructed from high-strength mild steel, the rack is engineered to support loads such as camping equipment, recovery gear, rooftop storage boxes, jerry cans, and other overlanding essentials. The structure is reinforced to minimize flex and vibration, even on rough terrain and high-speed desert runs.

The design ensures proper weight distribution across the roof while maintaining stability and safety during off-road use. It also allows integration of additional accessories such as lights, awnings, and mounting brackets depending on the build setup.

Finished in Black Powder Coat or Black Steel-It coating, the rack is protected against corrosion, UV exposure, and harsh environmental conditions common in UAE and GCC regions.
