I normally never write reviews, but this time I had to because RK Custom genuinely earned it. We first visited RK Custom just to discuss an off-road metal bumper for my LC200 Arctic Truck. When I showed them a model from Stellar Off-Road USA, they confidently said they could fabricate the same. Honestly, I thought they were bluffing at first because of multiple bad experiences I’ve had with other so-called “top” off-road garages in Dubai. But they proved me wrong—big time. Throughout the process, we dealt with Mr. Jose (Sales Engineer)—a young, energetic guy who surprised me with his deep knowledge of off-road builds, especially suspension systems. Based on his recommendation, we eventually chose ADS Desert & Race Performance Shocks. As a regular UAE off-roader, I initially planned to go with the usual well-known brands. But thanks to Mr. Robin, the owner and a true genius in this field, I trusted their advice and after just two drives, I understood exactly why he recommended ADS. The performance is on another level—stable on corners, brilliant on-road comfort, and superb off-road control. Absolutely worth it. What impressed me the most was the quality of workmanship. No loose wires, no loose bolts—everything was done clean, neat, and professional. I even noticed the passion of their technicians. While changing my engine oil, the technician checked the oil level three times and made sure everything was perfect. He even honestly handed me the small leftover oil and asked if he should keep it in the car. That level of honesty and dedication is rare. Regarding pricing: RK Custom is not the cheapest, but their work is signature-class. And honestly, good craftsmanship costs money. They did offer some discounts, but more than the price, it’s the value that stands out. Overall, RK Custom delivered beyond expectations. Huge thanks to Mr. Robin and Mr. Jose for their support, professionalism, and for transforming my LC200 the right way.
